Tossed Salad For Six - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic
1 egg, hard-cooked
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 lb. fresh spinach
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 onion, sliced
1/2 lb. lettuce
Preparation
-
Place egg yolk in bowl rubbed with garlic.
Mash with spoon; combine seasonings, stir in vinegar and salad oil, chopped egg white; add parsley and beat well.
Add onion slices, spinach and lettuce that have been chopped.
Toss and serve.
