Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans creamed corn
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. crushed saltines
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done and drain.
    In a large casserole dish, place corn, cracker crumbs and eggs which have been beaten with milk, onion, butter and cooked sausage.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour until knife inserted comes out clean.
