Chocolate-Caramel Decadence - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 can condensed milk
    1 small jar caramel ice cream topping
    1 small container Cool Whip
    5 Skor or Heath bars
Preparation
    Bake cake as directed on package.
    While it is still warm, poke holes in cake with fork.
    Combine milk and caramel topping and pour over the top of cake.
    Refrigerate.
    When cool, frost cake with Cool Whip and top with crushed candy bars.
    Cut into bars.
    Keep refrigerated.
