Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

1 lb. mild sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 slices white bread cubes
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook sausage and drain on paper towels.
Beat eggs; add milk, dry mustard and salt.
In bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass pan, spread bread cubes and top with sausage.
Sprinkle cheese and pour on egg mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cover with foil the last 15 or 20 minutes.
