Bubble Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. hot milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 1/2 c. bread flour
    1/2 c. oil
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix yeast, milk and sugar in a large bowl.
    Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes.
    With fork, beat in oil, eggs and salt.
    With spoon, beat in 2 cups flour.
    Add 2 cups flour and beat 2 minutes, until mixture forms a soft ball.
    Add remaining 1/2 cup flour if dough is too soft to handle.
