Frog Eye Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. RF acini de pepe macaroni, cooked and rinsed
2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple (separate juice and save 1 3/4 c.)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. flour
2 cans mandarin oranges
16 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, flour, eggs, lemon juice and pineapple juice.
Cook until thickened over medium heat.
Mix with macaroni. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Add mandarin oranges, pineapple and Cool Whip.
Mix well. Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
