Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 squash, sliced (1 qt.)
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender; drain and mash.
    Add margarine, cheese, egg, onion, milk and 3/4 cup cracker crumbs.
    Put into buttered dish and sprinkle top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
