Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chocolate chips (8 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    6 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. dark rum
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and water in double boiler.
    When melted, stir in powdered sugar and add butter, bit by bit.
    Set aside.
    Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored, about 5 minutes.
    Gently fold in chocolate; reheat slightly to melt chocolate, if necessary.
    Stir in rum and vanilla.
