Stove Top Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey or chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed corn soup
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. instant mashed potatoes
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1/4 c. water
Preparation

In 10-inch ovensafe skillet, cook meat, onion and chili powder over medium-high heat until meat is cooked through and onion is tender, stirring to break up meat.
Stir in half the soup, the water and pepper.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
