Fried Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. chicken livers
    8 oz. sweet breads
    8 oz. sweet Italian sausage
    1/4 c. bay leaves
    1 c. fresh breadcrumbs
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    2 c. fine dry breadcrumbs, soaked in milk
    8 oz. lean veal, cut into cubes
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. fresh sage leaves
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    grated rind of 1/2 lemon
    grated nutmeg
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Cut chicken livers into pieces the size of the veal cubes. Blanch the sweet breads for 5 minutes in boiling water.
    Drain and remove membrane.
    Cut into cubes.
