Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries
1 orange, peeled
1 apple, peeled and cored
2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
In a food processor, chop the first 3 ingredients.
Transfer mixture into a mixing bowl and add the sugar.
Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator.
Let stand overnight.
Wonderful for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
