Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail or crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1/2 c. grapes (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until well blended.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
    Ice with Cream Cheese Frosting.
