Chicken Packets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken
    1 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. dry onion or more if desired
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
    2 pkg. ready to cook crescent rolls
Preparation
    Cook chicken with onion in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Mix in bowl cooked chicken, sour cream, cream cheese and milk.
    On greased cookie sheet, unroll 2 packages crescent rolls and press each into a triangle.
    Place chicken mixture on first triangle crescent roll; place other triangle over chicken mixture and pinch edges together to seal mixture in.
    When pan is full usually fits four units.
    Place in oven for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Makes approximately 6 to 8.
