Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Measure all ingredients into a large bowl.
Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping side and bottom of bowl constantly.
Beat 3 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
Pour into pan.
Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from pan; cool thoroughly before slicing.
