Hot Cheezy Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 lb. fresh crabmeat, cooked
2 spring onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. each: sharp Cheddar, Swiss and Monterey Jack cheese
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
juice of 1/2 a lemon
Preparation

Heat all ingredients in double boiler until well blended and hot.
Serve in chafing dish with toast points or Melba toast.
