Polynesian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. Pet milk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Meat Balls:
    Combine all ingredients and form into small meat balls.
    Fry in small amount of oil, browning on all sides.
    Remove from oil and drain.
    These may also be browned in oven on a baking sheet.
