Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. corn bread mix
    1 bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    3 boiled eggs, chopped
    10 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Bake corn bread.
    Set aside to cool.
    Add chopped peppers, onion and eggs.
    When bread is cooled, crumble into a large bowl. Fold in the crumbled bacon.
    Then gently fold in chopped tomatoes and mayo.
    Refrigerate.
    Better if made the day before.
