Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean round steak
    1 can mushroom soup
    6 to 8 Tbsp. Burgundy wine
    1 pkg. dry onion mix
Preparation
    Put meat in bottom of casserole. Cover with soup; add wine. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover and bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0. Stir once. Serve over rice or noodles.
