Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    garlic (to taste)
    1 1/2 cup beef broth
    1 cup sliced onions
    3 cups cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 green peppers
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips.
    Slice peppers and onions.
    In large skillet, brown meat in butter; add garlic and broth; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Stir in onions and peppers.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes more.
    Blend cornstarch, water, and soy sauce.
    Stir into meat mixture and cook, stirring until clear and thickened.
    Serve over rice.
