Jalapeno Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 whole chicken breasts (or whatever kind of chicken desired)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 tsp. jalapeno juice
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Add soups, sour cream, onion and peppers.
    Mix.
    Cut tortillas into quarters.
    Layer tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese twice. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Makes two 8 x 8-inch casseroles.
    May be frozen.
    (I cook this in the microwave on medium for 10 minutes.)
