Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 cans Carnation milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 piece of lemon peel
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    This custard recipe requires a baking dish that will fit in a baking pan thus allowing \"double boiler\" cooking.
