Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 can corned beef (pulled apart)
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1 1/4 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. pimiento (minced)
    3 Tbsp. green pepper (minced)
    1 1/4 c. celery (cut fine)
    1 c. Miracle Whip or other tangy salad dressing
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O and set aside to cool.
    Eggs may be sliced and placed on top as garnish or mixed in with other ingredients.
    Mix ingredients and put in oblong baking dish (9 x 13 x 2-inch) or large mold.
    Pour Jell-O over all.
    If dish or mold is lightly oiled, salad will come out more easily.
