Buttercream Icing Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. Crisco (do not use liquid type)
1 lb. box powdered sugar, sifted
1/16 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cream or milk
1 tsp. clear vanilla (available at Enchanted Cakes)
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring or almond flavoring or 1 to 2 drops butter flavoring or whatever suits your taste

Preparation

Beat at medium speed until well blended.
Be sure to store in covered container.
