Cheese Sausage Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild Cheddar
    1 lb. extra sharp Cheddar
    1 lb. Velveeta
    2 lb. hot sausage
    4 to 6 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
Preparation
    Melt cheeses.
    Saute sausage until done; drain thoroughly. Mix cheeses and sausage; add peppers.
    Mold in well-greased or oiled Bundt or angel food cake pan which has been lined with plastic wrap.
    Chill 6 to 8 hours.
