Pecan Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. grated, raw carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar; mix well.
Sift other dry ingredients into oil and sugar mixture.
Blend, then add alternately with beaten eggs.
Add carrots and pecans.
Bake in 3 layer pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
