Sesame Bread For Bread Machines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. dry yeast
    3 c. bread flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. shortening
    11 oz. lukewarm water
    2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Measure flour in large mixing bowl.
    Add baking powder and salt and mix well.
    Work in shortening until distributed evenly. Add lukewarm water.
    Mix well, working dough until smooth.
    Cover. Let stand for 20 minutes.
    Roll out on floured board to 1/8-inch thickness.
    Cut in 3 to 4-inch squares.
    Fry in deep hot oil until golden brown on both sides, turning once.
    This recipe can be halved for a family of four.
