Chef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. roasted turkey
4 oz. Swiss cheese
1 head lettuce, washed and torn
8 tomato wedges
2 carrots, sliced or shredded
4 oz. salad dressing
Preparation

Divide lettuce among 4 large plates. Top each with 2 oz. turkey, 1 oz. cheese, 2 tomato wedges, 1/2 carrot and 1 oz. of dressing.
