Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium pan corn bread
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickles
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. pickle juice
1 tsp. sugar
grated cheese
Preparation

Crumble cornbread into a large bowl.
Add chopped pepper, onions, tomatoes, pickles, bacon, cheese, salt and pepper.
Mix together well.
In separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, pickle juice and sugar until creamy.
Pour over salad and stir well until dressing has coated salad.
Chill.
