Rice Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    6 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    16 oz. (1/2 qt.) milk
    1/2 c. cooked Minute rice
    1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except rice.
    Put rice in last. Give it 1 stir.
    Pour in greased square glass baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Let cool.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Sprinkle top with cinnamon before serving.
