Seafood Scampi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 pkg. Louis Kemp crab delights flakes
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
6 oz. cooked fettucini noodles
Preparation

Melt margarine in skillet.
Saute onions, green pepper and garlic for approximately 3 minutes, then add remaining ingredients and stir 3 minutes.
Add fettucini and toss and heat through. This recipe serves 4.
