Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 stick margarine
    8 Ritz crackers, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until done; drain.
    Add beaten eggs, milk, sugar, margarine, salt and pepper.
    Layer squash and cheese; top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
