Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 chicken breasts with skins and bones
1 to 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup
1 c. white wine
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
Preparation

Spray nonstick cooking spray (Pam, etc.) on baking dish or pan. Spread 1 1/2 cups of rice in pan.
Slice mushrooms and place on rice.
Place chicken breasts on top, skin side up.
Pour 1 cup of wine over chicken.
Mix 1 can of mushroom soup and 1 can of water and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle dry onion soup on chicken.
Cover tightly with tin foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
No peeking as escaped steam leaves rice uncooked!
