Italian Spinach Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cooked sausage, drain grease
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. chopped parsley
3 eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine ingredients and stuff turkey or chicken lightly. Spoon out from cooked turkey in tablespoon size ovals on a platter for serving.
