Fresh Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-5 sliced bananas
    1 (15 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
    2 c. green seedless grapes-halved
    2 apples, pared and diced
    1 orange, peeled and diced
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    grated rind and juice from 1 orange
Preparation
    Mix all fruit together in bowl. In saucepan combine cornstarch, sugar, water, rind and juice. Bring to a boil. Cook until thick. Pour over fruit while hot. Keeps in refrigerator for several days. Serves 10-12.
