Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Russet potatoes, cut lengthwise into 6 pieces
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Roll potato strips in melted butter, then in the combined remaining ingredients.
    Place on baking sheet and drizzle with remaining butter.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 400\u00b0, or until tender.
