Escalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
8 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 pt. oysters
crackers
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place half of the crackers in bottom of a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Add half of the oysters.
Dot generously with butter or margarine.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Add 3/4 cup of milk.
Repeat.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes.
