Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and salt, then add Crisco.
    Using fork or pastry cutter, mix until mixture is similar to coarse meal.
    Using fork or wire whip, combine vinegar, egg and water.
    Stir into first mixture and combine thoroughly.
    Form into large ball and gently pat onto large dinner pate.
    Cut into 5 or 6 triangles and then form into small flat rounds.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
    Roll out on floured surface; fit in pan.
    If unfilled, bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
