Kidney Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. canned kidney beans
1 c. chopped sweet pickle
5 hard cooked eggs, sliced
3/4 c. celery, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
lettuce
Preparation

Drain beans, add pickles, eggs, celery and toss lightly.
Add mayonnaise and blend.
Chill thoroughly.
Serve on lettuce, garnish with egg wedges.
Serves 8.
