Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
5 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
2 c. mashed boiled sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well with electric mixer.
Put in 3 (5 x 9-inch) loaf pans, that have been greased and floured or sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 325\u00b0 about one hour.
Cool 10 minutes and turn out.
Can be wrapped and frozen.
You can add one cup raisins to batter if desired.
