Granny'S Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken, boiled and pulled off the bone
    5 c. flour (self-rising)
    2 c. broth
    pepper, if desired
Preparation
    Mix flour and enough broth to make a stiff dough.
    Roll out on a floured board.
    Cut into thin strips.
    Drop in boiling broth. Add chicken.
    Boil about 1 hour or until done.
