Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (20 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. cheese croutons
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package.
    Drain well.
    Set aside. In bowl, blend soup and flour.
    Add sour cream, cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
    Fold broccoli into soup mixture.
    Turn into 2-quart casserole.
    In small bowl, combine croutons with melted butter, tossing to coat.
    Sprinkle over mixture in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
