Garden Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large container cottage cheese
    1/4 c. cucumber
    1 small carrot
    4 green onions
    1/4 c. green pepper
    4 radishes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stalk celery
Preparation
    These ingredients can be used according to taste.
    Chop all of the vegetables; add 1 teaspoon salt (more or less according to taste).
    Mix well.
    Ready to serve.
    A quick and easy salad and goes with any meal including sandwiches at lunch time.
    Also, it is nice for a potluck or carry-in dinner.
