Southwestern Chile Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayo or salad dressing
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
few dashes bottled hot sauce
1 medium tomato, chopped (or salsa)
1/4 c. sliced green onion
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together Cheddar cheese, mayo, half of olives, green chilies, garlic powder and hot sauce.
Spread into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.
