Fried And Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up and skinned
    juice of 1/2 lime
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. flour
    2 c. oil
Preparation
    Rinse chicken in water with lime juice added; pat dry. Combine salt, pepper, curry powder and flour in bowl; mix well. Dip chicken in mixture to coat.
    Brown chicken in hot oil in skillet.
    Place in 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
    Yields 6 servings.
