Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 graham crackers (2 1/3 c.)
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter; crush crackers and mix with 2 tablespoons sugar. Press in pan.
    Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and egg yolks.
    Beat egg whites and fold into mixture; add vanilla and bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Then mix sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Spread over top and bake at 475\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Let set in refrigerator for several days, if needed.
