Cornish Game Hen With White Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 Cornish hens, cleaned, legs trussed and wings turned to the back
1 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. seasoned pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
salt to taste
1 c. white wine

Preparation

Melt butter and add the next four ingredients.
Baste hens and put into a 350\u00b0 oven.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, basting every 15 minutes.
