Smoky Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 lb. brisket
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. liquid smoke
1 tsp. onion salt
Preparation

Place brisket, fat side up, on large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Add liquid smoke and sprinkle salt on top.
Wrap brisket in foil and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Drain marinade.
Spread Worcestershire sauce on top of brisket just before baking.
Seal foil tightly to prevent leaking of juices.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
