Polish Sausage And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. noodles
    1 lb. Polish sausage, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 chopped onion
    1 medium pepper, cut up
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Drain.
    Fry sausage until browned.
    Remove. Drain all but 2 tablespoons fat in skillet.
    Add onion and pepper. Saute until tender.
    Add soup, water and seasonings.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add sausage and noodles.
    Pour into greased casserole. Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
