Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Mix all together and make in roll.
    Chill overnight.
    Slice and sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes or brown in 350\u00b0 oven.
