Tandoori Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3-5 lb. chicken (cleaned and cut)
 
5 tsp. ginger/garlic paste
1-1/2 cayenne pepper
2 tsp. Tandoori paste or powder
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. turmeric
3-4 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients and marinate for 6-24 hours.
 
Bake covered at 400\u00b0F for a half hour.
Bake uncovered another half hour.
